1. 1894 Ranch to Table Restuarant
Chef Henry and Chef David are the masterminds behind the incredible menu at 1894. Choose from shareables, salads, sandwiches, main dishes, seafood, and steaks for both lunch and dinner. The bar features handcrafted cocktails using our in-house spirits, as well as wine and beer on tap from our onsite winery and brewery!
2. Arch Ray Winery
The tasting room at Arch Ray on the River gives you access to some of the best wine, beer, and spirits in Texas Hill Country. Arch Ray Winery will have a wine for every palate, including red, white, and blush wines. Sangiovese, a dry red wine, is one of our best sellers, with notes of spiced black cherry, wood, and char. Another favorite is Gewurztraminer, a dry floral white wine that has subtle hints of ginger and juicy pear.
3. Ogle Brewery
From pale ales to dark lagers, Ogle Brewery always has a new draft beer to try. We’ve actually been nominated for Best Brewery in the Fredericksburg 2024 Reader’s Choice Awards! In addition to our rotating selection of tap beer, we also sell canned American and Mexican-style lagers, in addition to hard lemonade and hard tea, so there’s really something for everyone.
4. Paul Bee Distillery
Vodka, rum, whiskey, gin, tequila– whatever your drink of choice, you can get it at Paul Bee Distillery! You can buy a bottle to mix your favorite drink yourself or try one of the unique concoctions at the bar, and perhaps you’ll discover a new favorite. If you live in the state of Texas, you can have our wines shipped directly to you! Canned beer and spirits can be ordered online but are only available by store pick-up. Our online store also has glassware, clothing, and other merch!
5. Living Tree Amphitheater
Live music and entertainment is a big deal here in Fredericksburg, so we’ve designed our own private music venue as part of our luxury RV resort amenities! We host musicians nearly every weekend; some of our past performers have included Goo Goo Dolls, Switchfoot, Kyle Park, Scotty Alexander, Cory Morrow, and many others.
