Site Features:
Full Hookups: Our site is big-rig friendly, with full hookups including water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric included.
Convenience: Stay connected with full strength free high-speed wifi. Enjoy the new office, restrooms, showers, and laundry (estimated completion September 2025). A resort pool within the community is currently under construction!
Amenities: This site comes with a picnic table, string lights, and multiple on-site community wood burning fire pits for your use.
Pet-Friendly: Your furry friends are welcome to join you. (Dog Park Coming Soon!)
Common Area: There is an open grass common area behind site #265 for you to relax and enjoy the hill country views along the Perdenales river.
*** Please pull all the way back to the rear of the site to ensure the sewer hose reaches the at site sewer dump station (15 ft hose reaches)
*** String lights extension plug is located at the electrical pedestal. Toggle through the outdoor power station (black button located on plantar post) to turn on lights. Please do not leave the lights on overnight as this is a designated DarkSky Region.
*** Hooks located at the top of flower pot posts for a personal sun shade up to 10 x 16 ft
